Sir,
I want to point out something from the table forwarded by the IESL to the committee looking into the OROP.I am an ex-naval sailor (JCO equivalaent) and came out of service after sixteen and half year service.As per the present table I will be getting lesser pension than a sepoy with fifteen years of service due to his higher weightage. This anomally I want to bring to your notice.

It is a good news that officers can reach conel rank after fifteen years of service.In the similar way if a rule can be formulated to promote a soldier to a JCO after fifteen years of service can change his status and financial benifits.
